The booking terms and conditions together with the booking form supplied will provide the contract between the client and Martinhos Property Services.
BOOKING FORM
Inorder to secure the booking, we require 20% deposit if the start date is more than 8 weeks.or full payment if less than 8 weeks, together with the completed booking form.

In order to secure the booking, we require 20% deposit if the start date is more than 8 weeks or full payment if less than 8 weeks before arrival, together with the completed booking form. Until that time, no agreement will be considered to exist between us.
If no deposit is received within 5 days of initial booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re advertise the holiday.
All rental periods refer to one week and all prices are shown on our websites.
