TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The lead person named in the booking form is responsible for the apartment and all other guests.

The apartment does not accommodate more than the number of people as follow, two per bedroom available.

The properties will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. Any alterations to this should be agreed with us on the booking forms.

A returnable damages deposit of €100 paid will be returned within 7 days of your departure, following damage and breakage check by the key holders – normal wear and tear is accepted.

The final payment should be received by us no later than 8 weeks before the starting date of your holiday as outlined in the booking form.

If, for any unforeseen reason, you are unable to honour your booking, please advise us in writing no later than 10 weeks before your departure to ensure a full refund of your deposit.

Any complaints regarding the property facilities during your stay should be notified to us directly by phone on (00351) 918 207 987 or (00351) 913 208 765.

No responsibility is held by the owners for building maintenance or work in progress that is out of their control.

Should any building disturbance be evident to us prior to your arrival or at the time of booking, or prior to your arrival, we will immediately notify you.

This is an apartment with a shared pool, and as such no responsibility for personal safety and possessions are borne by the owner.

Sufficient holiday insurance should be arranged by the parties included in the booking.

We would ask that you respect the property and its contents by leaving all facilities in good working order and the condition they were found in for future guests.

A receipt and key collection instructions details will be sent to you once full payment is made.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking is allowed in the property
